Is CustodyPlan free?
Building your schedule is free and needs no account. You see the calendar, the overnight counts and the holiday rotation before you pay anything. You only pay when you export the finished court-ready parenting plan.
How much does it cost?
A one-time court-ready export is $39. If you want an ongoing calendar, unlimited revisions and re-exports while your case is running, Pro is $12.97 a month or $99 a year. There's no per-parent pricing.
Will a court accept the plan?
The export is formatted the way parenting plans are normally submitted: a residential schedule, a holiday rotation table, exact overnight counts, exchange and transportation terms, decision-making, standard provisions and signature blocks. A few states require their own mandatory form instead. There, use the export to work out your figures and transfer them across. Always have your plan reviewed before filing.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. The calendar and the overnight calculator are open to everyone with no sign-up. You only create an account when you want to save a plan or export it.
Which states does it work for?
All 50 states and the District of Columbia. The builder uses your state's terminology: time-sharing in Florida, parenting time in Arizona and Illinois, residential schedule in Washington. Each state also has its own page explaining what the document is called and which court hears it.
